Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

In the event of any updates, changes or inconveniences, Care Valley will notify you via phone call, text, and or email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been successfully shipped, we will contact you with a confirmation number as well as tracking number! Due to high volume of orders, your order may experience a slight delay in delivery. We are working diligently to make sure you receive your order in between 3-7 business days!

Customs, duties, and taxes

Care Valley is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Care Valley is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
